Artist's Statement Kiff Holland's paintings reveal his experience of light, its ability to reveal and conceal, to define and to cloud, to excite and to soothe. Light and color make mountains, water, trees, people, pots and flowers, faces, and glass eminently paintable.

In 1975 he immigrated to Canada. In addition to his work as an artist, Kiff teaches in the Design and Illustration Department at Capilano College. He is a past president of the Federation of Canadian Artists and he was elected a Signature Member of the American Watercolor Society in 1992. His work has won many awards in Canada and United States. |
